Exhausted by rafting in Probolinggo, we headed to Cemara Indah Hotel. We checked in for five rooms. Oh God, this drowsiness was so real. I fell down in the hotel room. But this wasn’t the end of journey. In few hours, we would continue it to the Mount Bromo.

Barelang Bridge, the Icon of Batam
Don’t say you’ve ever traveled to Batam if you did not visit Jembatan Barelang (Bridge) yet. We call this bridge Barelang because it connects Batam Island (BA), Rempang island (RE), Galang island (LANG), and others small islands in the path. “Hey, why don’t you bring me there this afternoon?” I asked my friend who had been living in Nagoya (Batam Island) for one year.
Ride on Pekalen’s Pounding River
It seems like we have been planning this since centuries. Whirled by the works, we decided to go to Probolinggo to chill out our heads with Pekalen River‘s pounding water. It’s a rafting, Dude! The team, made of 14 persons, went from Surabaya at 6 o’clock in the morning. We reached up Probolinggo about four hours later. The receptionist at Songa Rafting’s basecamp then gave us a welcome smile.
Going to Kebumen, Don’t Forget the Caves and Beaches
Kebumen, I hadn’t known whether this regency exists, before. But a friend who had been following a lecture in Yogyakarta then invited me to his wedding in the small city. Done with writing tasks, I went to Kebumen by train. The town, surprisingly, has many tourism sites. But the most famous of all are the caves and beaches. Here I wrap them up for you.
